Stephanie Hamborsky

Originally from Houston, Texas, Stephanie Hamborsky moved to Moab in May 2017 to escape the Texas bubble and pursue an unknown future in the desert southwest. She currently works as the Community Outreach & Events Coordinator for Moonflower Co-op and an afterschool tutor/club facilitator for BEACON Afterschool Program at the Grand County Middle School. Prior to living in Moab, Stephanie graduated with degrees in Biology and Plan II from the University of Texas at Austin. She also worked on and managed several different urban farms Austin, Texas and organized with community groups focusing on environmental justice, drug policy reform, and Palestine liberation.
